Processing times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery times
Delivery times vary depending on the product and warehouse location:
-Products shipped from our Australian warehouse: typically 3–7 business days
-Products shipped internationally: typically 10–25 business days
Estimated delivery times are shown on each product page. These are estimates only and not guaranteed — delays can occur due to courier delays, customs processing, or high demand periods.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. 

Tracking
All orders include tracking. You'll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships, and can also check status anytime via the tracking page link in your shipping confirmation.

Multiple items, multiple parcels
Some orders may arrive in separate parcels if items ship from different warehouses. This is normal and doesn't incur additional shipping charges.
