Our commitment to you
At JAR & Co, we want you to be happy with your purchase. In addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we offer the following returns policy.
Australian Consumer Law guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Change of mind returns
We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:-Unused and in its original condition
-In its original packaging with all included accessories
-Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Change of mind returns are at the customer's expense for return shipping. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, contact us at support@jarandco.com.au within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund (including return shipping costs) at no charge to you, in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Fitment and compatibility
Many of our products are listed as universal fit or with specific fitment guides. We strongly recommend checking compatibility before ordering. If an item doesn't fit as described on the product listing, this is treated as a faulty/incorrect item under the section above. If you simply ordered the wrong size or variant, this falls under change of mind returns.

Email returns@jarandco.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
